Quit smoking takes one session of up to 2 hours. This is because it is almost impossible to cut down permanently. So you must arrive for therapy as a smoker and leave as a non-smoker. As an NHS trained Stop Smoking Adviser, I can also advise you on tips and techniques for staying stopped.
